- Dual Plan (same household): $700/yr
- Family-of-3 Plan (same household): $900/yr
- Family-of-4 Plan (same household): $1050/yr
- Each Additional: $100
The DSDP includes the following:
- 1 Comprehensive Exam and 1 Complete Set of X-rays, 2D and 3D X-rays
- 1 Annual Exam, 4 Bitewing X-rays
- 1 Emergency Exam and PeriApical X-rays Needed
- 2 Cleanings (Prophylaxis or Periodontal Maintenance)
- 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
- 2 Fluoride Treatments
- 20% OFF All Procedures
- $500 OFF Full Treatment Invisalign
